DESCRIPTION

  • Elevate Splice Wash SW-100 is designed to:

    • Clean and prepare contaminated Elevate membranes in areas receiving:

      • Adhesives

      • Primers

      • Welds

    • Used where required by Elevate specifications and details

APPLICATION

  • Splice Wash SW-100 can be used in the following Elevate systems:

    • RubberGard™ EPDM

    • UltraPly™ TPO

    • GeoGard™ EPDM

    • PondGard™ EPDM

PREPARATION

  • Surfaces must be free of heavy dirt

    • Heavy dirt should be removed with soapy water prior to using Splice Wash

METHOD OF APPLICATION

  • Apply Splice Wash to the splicing area using clean cotton rags

  • Use a scrubbing motion until the surface becomes dull black

  • Pay extra attention to factory seams

  • Allow surfaces to dry completely

  • Membrane is clean when it appears uniformly dark gray without streaks
