Emseal Expandable Foam Sealant Tape is designed for sealing gaps in metal roofing panels and other building joints to maintain long-term weathertightness. This high-density, open-cell, acrylic-modified asphalt polyurethane foam expands to fill irregular gaps and conforms to a variety of surfaces. It outperforms traditional sealants such as butyl tapes, liquid sealants, and standard foam closures, providing a durable, UV-stable, and resilient barrier against air and moisture.

Ideal for use in both expansion/compression joints and as a gasket in non-moving lap seam applications, Emseal AST provides reliable sealing performance through thermal expansion and contraction cycles.
